Not a sketch this time but another version of my calendar, this time using my NiNi concepts "Jackson & Lulu" papers and featuring a handy erasable memo board!

I totally played with the NiNi 'Party Pieces' papers leftover from the 'merry little Christmas' Workshop kit and came up with this!
Lots of sparkle and glitter - so if you want to do the same to the 'merry little Christmas' project on Saturday be sure to bring your Stickles or glitter glue! I'll also share the pattern for the cute little milk cartons...

・・・ミルクボックス型のアドベントカレンダーです！

More about the 'merry little Christmas' Workshop...

 
Just a few more details about the project...

First of all, it's big - at about 8" tall, it could even be the size of a real Christmas present! Just imagine it under your Christmas tree or adding to your Christmas decor...

Plus there is LOTS of room for photos from standard 'L' size (3.5 x 5) to mini size! It also includes 24 different kinds of pockets for photos and/or journaling so you could use it like Ali Edwards' December Daily or Shimelle's Journal Your Christmas to record not just Christmas itself but the whole run up to the festive season...

And there are lots of ways to customise it and add your own creativity. Love sparkle and bling? Add your own mists, Stickles or glitter... Want to add even more photos? Create an extra mini album to fit in one or more of the pockets... I'll be sharing these ideas and more in the workshop.

今回のクリスマスワークショップについて
まさしく大作、内容も作品サイズもとても大きいのが特徴です！
高さは8インチ（20cmちょっと）ぐらい・・・本当のクリスマスプレセントのよう！ツリーの下においても良いし玄関などで飾っても良しというところでしょうか。
アルバムとしても色々なポケットがなんと24枚もあり、Ｌ版写真がたくさん入ります！

Ali Edwards' December DailyやShimelle's Journal Your Christmasみたいに12月のクリスマスまでの記録として使っても良いし（自作のアドベントカレンダーならぬアドベントアルバムとでもいいましょうか）、もちろんクリスマスパーティなどイベントデイの思い出を楽しく納めることもできます。

作品の基本はもちろん講座の中で学びますが、そこはNiNi concepts講座の良いところ。
最後の仕上げはお好みに応じて自分流のアレンジもOKです!　
キラキラ大好きの方ならmist, Stickles, glitterなどたしてKira Kiraバージョンに仕上げても良し！
機能重視派はもっともっと写真が入るように、作品のポケットに入るエクストラのミニブック（！）を作っても良いのです。
作品の幅が広げていくことも、このワークショップ の魅力です。

Sorry for the hiatus in blogging but my back is still causing problems and I've been having to have lots of tests to try to find out the problem...In between visits to the hospital, however, I did manage to find the time to come up with a little (or should I say rather large - it's 8 inches tall!) something for all those special Christmas memories...

  Yet another single photo LO, using a 6 x 4 or Japanese hagaki size photo. Again all of the embellishments have been mounted on chipboard and given a coat of Glossy Accents.

 Another single photo LO, using a 6 x 4 or Japanese hagaki size photo. Again all of the embellishments have been mounted on chipboard and given a coat of Glossy Accents.

A couple of quick card ideas, all made using a onesie template I designed.

1. Cut out onesie from PP using template. Ink edges.

2. Cut card to 11 x 5.5 inches, score and fold in half.

3. Adhere onesie to front of card.

4. Add embellishment to front of onesie. (I used a stamp by Hero Arts called Handmade Tags - CL398, Tsukineko Memento Ink in Paris Dusk for the boy version and Lady Bug for the girl version  and coloured the little heart in the centre with a Copic marker.)

 

  

1. Cut CS to 11 x 4. Fold in half.

2. Place template on fold, trace and cut out.

3. Decorate as desired. ( I inked all the edges with Tsukineko Memento Ink in Rose Bud and adhered the bottom 'flap' before embossing just the front of my card using my Cuttlebug and Swiss Dots Embossing Folder. I then glued on two flat-backed 6mm pearls - the kind used for decorating cellphones etc which I found in my local craft shop - for the snaps at the bottom. I also used the same Hero Arts stamp as before.)
